To assist you better and save you time and money, we would like to utilise the skills of our technicians to do repairs rather than office work, consequently our office at Rene st is often unattended and open only by appointment.
As we are out and about Monday to Friday to do house calls,we will, most probably be in your suburb, therefore anything that you would normally bring in yourself and one person can easily carry, we offer a door to door free pick up and free delivery after repairs.

1. This service is only available on selected days and selected suburbs. Call our office for availability.
2. The item to be repaired has to be available for collection at the front door or the garage.
and cannot be bigger or heavier than what one person can easily lift /carry. Max 15KG
3. Items intended are: Amplifiers,CD/DVD players, record players, Microwaves, up to 40" TVs
Call the office to make sure your item qualifies.
4. The collection of larger items will attract a pick up fee and delivery fee of minimum $55.00 each way.
Please inform the office if this is the case
5: Disconnection and reconnection of these items will attract a service charge starting from $88.00 per visit.
6. Once the collection has been arranged you will be required to provide us with your details;
6a.Your Name, address, contact phone number and Email Address.
6b.The make and model of the equipment and the Serial number if available.
6c. As much information as possible to the nature of the fault.

7. Upon receiving your item in the workshop, our administration staff will call you to collect the payment for the inspection fee (most small items are $88.00) as pre informed.
Our preferred payment option is Credit Card, If you intend to pay Cash please inform the staff member that organises the appointment.
Please have the correct amount sealed in an envelope with your Name and the amount inside, we do not carry change. This will possibly eventuate the following day.
8. No work will be performed to the equipment prior to the inspection fee payment.
If the inspection fee is not paid within 5 working days the item collected will be disposed without any further notice nor further claims accepted .
9. Once the item is repaired and paid in full, an arrangement to return will be made.
You will need to be home or provide a safe location to leave the unit.
10. If re connection / installation is required upon return of the item, fees as per clause 5, will apply. Pre payment and arrangement is required.
Important: If you reject the repair estimate and want the unit to be re delivered back un-repaired, the fee as per clause 4 will apply.
Or collect it from our workshop within 14 days of rejection notice at no cost to you, after 14 Days it will be disposed without any further notice nor further claims.
